1.
A game that typically occurs in British, all male boarding schools. Standardly, a younger pupil is volunteered (coerced) to perform man, woman, bulldog, which involves a wardrobe or other doored cavity. As the coercee enters the wardrobe, the The rest of the boys gather round said door, chanting "Man, Man, Man..., Man!", as the bulldogee undresses in the cavity/wardrobe. The young lad then emerges proudly from the wardrobe in the 'man' pose - as naked as the day he was born. (As with docking some schools hold that erections are "very much frowned upon" at this stage. It is possible that the erection issue is used to weed out - or perhaps positively identify potentially homosexual boys.)

The lad then returns to the room/wardrobe, tucking his man-parts betwixt his legs (coming close to the gooch area) and the other boys chant, "Woman! Woman! Woman!...Woman!" The lad then emerges in the 'Woman' form, achieved via the mangina pose, where the penis is tucked between the legs, near the buttocks.

The lad returns whence he came once more and the other boys chant, "Bulldog! Bulldog! Bulldog!...Bulldog!" Finally, as tensions mount to the point where some boys are covering nascent erections with available soft funishings, the lad emerges once more, still in the mangina position, but this time, in reverse! And, from such an aspect, the lad looks just like the back-end of a bulldog, his ball-bag dangling provocatively from beneath his bum-crack.

"BULLDOG!" shouts everyone in a joyous climax.
Eddie perfomred a marvellous man, woman, bulldog - his man wasn't too impressive, but he was adept at the woman and, given the size of his ball-sac, his bulldog was second to none.

2.
Daytime TV presenter, famed for getting erections (having wood), during items on knickers, which he then vainly attempts to hide by corssing his legs or covering his trouser tent with a soft furnishing or his wife's brassiere.

The latter is probably a trick learnt in boarding school, where Madeley was a known player of man, woman, bulldog and docking.
Oh no, Richard Madeley's seen some flange and has a stiffy again!

Richard Madeley was terrible at docking - he was always getting erections and so was generally frowned upon by the elder boys.

4.
A physical or (more usually) conceptual or virtual token for the later provision of oral sex, given by a somewhat cheap person, to someone (usually a lover or spouse) who has just provided goods or services that cannot be immediately (physically or financially) reciprocated.

By constant use the term 'coupon' itself comes to mean the thing for which it is a token, namely, oral sex.

Believed to be derived jointly from the prevalence of coupons in late post-industrial/capitalist society (largely exchangeable for low-quality goos - see coupoff) and from the Scots/Irish/Gaelic 'coupon' meaning face - coupon/face then suggesting head or oral.
Tom promised Edna a coupon after she had bought him a bag of ready salted crisps in Lidl.

D'you fancy a coupon when we get home?

As well as referring to the act of placing the head of an erect penis inside the foreskin/meatus of another erect penis, docking also denotes the act of placing an unerect or flaccid penis along the length of an exposed buttock crack. In this act (often performed in British, public, boarding schools), erections are very much frowned upon.
Eddie bent over, exposing his bumhole with a neatly parted cheek, as Tony docked him expertly. "Oh what a beautiful docking", exclaimed Lara.
